Delete your account

One tap removes your Borderless account and everything in it. There is no grace period and no way to undo it.

Sign in, then press the button below. In the app you can also open your profile menu on the canvases screen and choose Delete account.

Email hello@ibuiltthis.ai from the address you signed up with. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What gets deleted

Every canvas, folder and drawing
Every photo and illustration you added, removed from storage
Your transcripts, AI notes and AI usage counters
Your sign-in (email and password)

Nothing is kept afterwards. Hosting providers may hold encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they roll off. If you use another Pixel Drift app with the same sign-in, that app keeps your login and its own data; only Borderless data is removed.

Canvases made without an account live only on your device. Clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling it, deletes them.
